Tanner Development is currently working in two communities and building custom homes throughout Erie County.  At Mystic Ridge and Bear Run (all lots currently sold or pending), customers can choose one of our TD Signature Home Plans, bring us a plan to build, purchase an existing semi-finished (customize interior finishes) home or turnkey move-in ready home.
